Graphic Design for Women in Computing

I am currently the Vice President of Women in Computing. However, last year I was on the Executive Board as a Graphic Designer.

Here, I create graphics for different events we hold for the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. These graphics are posted on the WIC Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts. In this position, I work with other teams on the Exec Board to plan events for the Luddy Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

I have gained valuable experience in graphic design, typography, color choice, and communication skills.

Public Relations

As Director of Public Relations, I ran the Instagram and TikTok for Delta Gama at Indiana University. I also created graphics and designed the logo for the accounts.

I did content planning and posted bi-weekly.

Content Planning

Myself and the Director of Social Awareness were able to work together to plan out our content for the year. This was an amazing experience being able to creatively plan our content and represent all women in our chapter.

This process helped us stay true to our brand and show our chapter’s genuine values.
